As Bárbaras is a group made up of five women - Lethicia, Luisa, Marcelle, Mariana and Mariane - who work in the alcoholic beverage sector. The group was started with the aim of creating content about alcoholic beverages on social media, combining knowledge with a passion for drinks. In addition to working in the sector through consultancy with producers and disseminating the science behind the drinks, the group seeks to emerge from this layer of cultural conditioning and show that female choice and knowledge in the area are not limited, as many still assume.

The “A shadow” cocktail was inspired by the classic Mudslide and Espresso Marni. From them, we created a dessert cocktail, which balances the fruity tones of cachaça with sweetness and good creaminess. In order to enhance Brazilian culture, the cocktail uses coffee and dulce de leche.
