My inspiration for the cocktail was the artist Anita Malfa, one of the pioneers of the 1922 modern art week. After reading her biography I discovered how strong and determined she was, so to honor this great woman I used the power of Pindorama cachaça to my advantage. , the complexity of the herbal appetizer and the fruitiness of the passion fruit to represent his art. Just as modernist artists valued experimentation in order to better represent Brazil in their artistic works, I am inspired by Brazilian ideas to create my cocktails.
