In the poem Atelier, from 1925, Oswald de Andrade immortalized the moment in which Tarsila do Amaral attended, during the week of 22, the Société des Arstes Français salon at the Grand Palais des ChampsElysées, dressed by Paul Poiret, one of the main French modernist artists, famous for abolishing petticoats and spreads, and adopting drapes, ensuring that the pieces had a good fit, without forcing the female body to fit into the molds and standards of the time.

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45ml Cachaça Pindorama
  • 15ml Abbey liqueur
  • 5ml absinthe Vert
  • 25ml Galician lemon
  • 7.5ml rich syrup
  • 15ml pasteurized egg white

Garnish: 70% cocoa chocolate shavings

Method of preparation

Take the base of our most exponent cocktail, in its eternal combination with white cachaça and lemon, season it with different and traditional French products, green herb elixir and absinthe. Blend in a cocktail shaker until it reaches a soft, drape-like consistency. Serve outside of conventional forms, not in glass or crystal, but in a purungo glass and finish with our chocolate, as a pairing by contrast.
